My mom got a 100$ gift card this Christmas. She called them to activate it not many weeks ago, they said they did. She have tried using it in the store but it has been www.giftcardmall.com mygift declined. She calls today and they tell her the card is empty and that she has taken out the money.

They have no customer service to speak of and I am afraid that I have lost my money don’t use this service. I have received these cards twice and both times they had money come up missing. The first time it was over $200 and this time it was only $18.58. It says on my transactions that the money went to bdt which is another country.
